Aani Kay Hava 1 and 2 – The first time you cook together, the first festival you celebrate as a couple, your first major fight, the down payment for your first car and the joy of buying your first house – Season 1 of this slice of life series explored the magical firsts in the life of Jui (Priya Bapat) and Saket (Umesh Kamat). Season 2 of this lighthearted series explores what comes next in the life of this married couple and witnesses how the couple’s bond strengthens over time. Directed by Varun Narvekar, this show helps you find happiness in the small events of your life.

Bhootatlela–The 5 episodic series, directed by Shivaji Lotan follows the life of Rayba (Priyadarshan Jadhav) and an interesting incident that takes place in his life just before his wedding to Shivani (Surabhi Hande). On his Haldi day, he forgets to take the Katyar given by his mother to keep the evil spirits away and suddenly he feels that someone has started following him. The ensemble cast also includes Yogesh Sirsat, Sunil Holkar and Sayli Patil in key roles.

 Ek Thi Begum – Set in the 1980s in Mumbai, a time when organized crime was at its peak, MX Original Series –  Ek thi Begum chronicles the life of a beautiful, gutsy woman Ashraf Bhatkar aka Sapna (played by Anuja Sathe). Life as she knew it changed when the city’s biggest don Maqsood (Ajay Gehi) turned responsible for the death of her husband Zaheer (Ankit Mohan). Inspired by true events, MX Player brings viewers the story of begum Ashraf aka Sapna who turned femme fatale and vowed to avenge her beloved’s killer. Directed by Sachin Darekar, this revenge drama also stars Chinmay Mandlekar, Rajendra Shisatkar, Resham, Abhijeet Chavan, Pradip Doiphode, Vithal Kale, Nazarr Khan, Vijay Nikam, Anil Nagarkar, Suchit Jadhav, Raju Aathavale and Santosh Juvekar amongst others in pivotal roles.

Pandu – This series depicts the life of the Mumbai police – the day-to-day situations that they go through, the problems that they face as well as the complexities of their job. This series will take you on a roller-coaster ride of realization and comedy. The series stars Suhas Sirsat, Deepak Shirke, and Trupti Khamkar in pivotal roles. 

Priyadarshan Jadhav’s digital debut, ‘Bhootatlela’ on MX Player is a laughter dose with a twist of horror

Have you ever experienced a feeling that someone is following you? Or when your mind starts playing random tricks which can make you forget what is real and what’s unreal? Such is the case of the soon to be wed Rayba, who is blessed to have found a match in a beautiful girl Shivani, but he keeps seeing an unidentified girl – a ghost called Sudha, during his wedding festivities.  

Priyadarshan Jadhav has already won a lot of hearts in the Marathi industry with blockbuster hits like Timepass franchise, Halal and Choricha Mamla. He is one of the most popular modern artists of Marathi cinema and has explored multiple genres, ranging across comedy to intense drama. Taking his experience and forte ahead, he is now venturing into the digital world with the Marathi web series, Bhootatlela – a horror dramedy which is also dubbed in Hindi.

Priyadarshan Jadhav’s next comedy flick JAAGO MOHAN PYARE

Written and directed by Priyadarshan Jadhav JAAGO MOHAN PYARE is remake of Super hit Marathi play with the same name. The poster is revealed on social media.

Swaroop Creation And Media, Loki’s Studio and Amey Vinod Khopkar presentation, the film is produced by Swati Amey Khopkar, Aakash Pendharkar, Sachin Narkar, Vikas Pawar, Sachin Maruti Lokhande, Atul Janardan Tarkar and Vikram Barwal., co-produced by Ninad Nandkumar Batin and Tabrez Patel.

The film stars Siddharth Jadhav, Aniket Vishwasrao and Deepti Devi.The shoot has now began.

YE RE YE RE PAISE 2 trailer launched

Amey Khopkar Entertainment, Purple Bull Entertainment, Trans FX Studios and Panorama Studios’ YE RE YE RE PAISE 2 trailer launched on social media. The film is directed by Hemant Dhome who has also penned screenplay and dialogues with Hrishikesh Koli. With this film Amey Vinod Khopkar of AVK Entertainment has stepped in distribution with Aakash Pendharkar and Ankit Chandiramani.

YE RE YE RE PAISA 2 stars Sanjay Narvekar, Priyadarshan Jadhav, Aniket Vishwasrao, Prasad Oak, Pushkar Kshotri, Anand Ingle, Mrunal Kulkarni, Mrunmayi Godbole, Vishakha Subedar and Smita Gondkar. The cinematography is by Sanjay Memane, Editing by Faisal Imran, Make-up by Sunal Navle, costumes by Sachin Lovlekar and choreography by Rahul-Sanjeev.

YE RE YE RE PAISA 2 music launched

Amey Khopkar Entertainment, Purple Bull Entertainment, Trans FX Studios and Panorama Studios upcoming movie YE RE YE RE PAISE 2 music was launched in presence of cast, crew and many celebrities. On the occasion veteran actors Ashok Saraf, Sachin Pilgaonkar and Charusheela Sable were specially present.

The film is directed by Hemant Dhome who has also penned screenplay and dialogues with Hrishikesh Koli. With this film Amey Vinod Khopkar of AVK Entertainment has stepped in distribution with Aakash Pendharkar and Ankit Chandiramani.

The album has 3 songs composed by Troy Arif who has also scored background music. The speciality of album is 32 years old song “Ashwini Ye Naa” from the film Gammat Jammat is recreated in new version. The film was released in 1987. Kishorkumar has sung this song and it was his debut in Marathi films, composed by Arun Paudwal.

Sachin Pilgaonkar shared a memory about this song. “The choreographer did not come for the shoot that day. So I did the choreography on the spot,” he said.

“Ashwini Ye Naa” is now sung by Avdhoot Gupte and Mugdha Karhade. The other two songs are sung by Shalmali Kholgade and Mika Singh.

Rajkala Movies and Baba Motion Pictures Pvt. Ltd. presentation MAJHYA BAAYKOCHA PRIYAKAR music and trailer was launched. The film is written and directed by Rajiv S. Ruia, screenplay by Abhijit Gadgil, dialogues by Sandeep Dandwate.

Producer Amol Kagne’s HALAAL got 8 nominations in Filmfare Awards 2018

Amol Kagne Films presentation HALAAL has one more feather in its crown by getting 8 nominations including Best Actress, Best Director in Filmfare Awards 2018.

The debut venture of Amol Kagne Films had won many awards in International as well Maharashtra state Film Festivals.

The nominations in Filmfare Awards 2018 are Shivaji Lotan for Best Director – critics, Priyadarshan Jadhav for Best Actor – critic’s choice, Pritam Kagne for Best Actress – critic’s choice and Best debutant actress, Chinmay Mandlekar for Best supporting actor, Sayed Akhtar and Subodh Pawar for Best Lyrics (Maula Mere Maula song), Rajan Khan for Best Story and Nishant Natharam Dhapse for Best Screenplay.
