For actor Aryan Arora, becoming a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been a transformative experience, both professionally and personally. Portraying Krish in Rajan Shahi’s long-running and immensely popular television drama, Aryan says the role has opened new doors for him, bringing widespread recognition while helping him grow as an actor.
Speaking about the popularity that comes with being associated with one of Indian television’s most celebrated shows, Aryan Arora shared that the reach of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is unmatched. “There’s no doubt that this show gives you immense visibility. It is watched in almost every Indian household, and naturally people begin to recognize and connect with you. I feel fortunate to play Krish because the character allows me to explore different emotions and showcase my versatility as a performer,” he said.
Despite enjoying the fame, Aryan believes the greatest reward for any actor is the love of the audience. While winning awards remains one of his biggest dreams, he values the connection viewers form with his character even more. “I want people to remember me as an artist who entertains them. Audience appreciation is my biggest achievement. Awards are definitely on my bucket list, and I hope one day I’ll stand on stage holding one in my hands,” he shared.
The actor credits his family for being his strongest support system. According to Aryan, his loved ones take immense pride in seeing him play Krish in such a legacy show and continue to motivate him every step of the way.
Recalling one of his most challenging scenes, Aryan spoke about an emotionally charged sequence where Krish confronts his on-screen mother and Tanya. The scene demanded intense emotions, aggression, and vulnerability, making it one of the most demanding performances of his journey so far.
Aryan also feels that working alongside talented co-stars has helped him evolve tremendously. “Every actor on this show inspires me to become better. The guidance from the directors and creative team has been invaluable,” he said.
While the hectic shooting schedule often leaves him exhausted, Aryan prefers using his free time to rest and recharge. What keeps him motivated every day is the excitement of discovering new layers of Krish. “There’s still so much to explore in this character, and that journey excites me every single day,” he concluded.
