At the 68th National Awards, ‘Goshta Eka Paithani chi’ won the ‘Best Film’ award while ‘Sumi’ won the ‘Best Children’s Film’ award. Directed by Shantanu Ganesh Rode, ‘Goshta Eka Paithani chi’ was the unusual journey of a housewife who has simple dream to buy one Paithani saree. Be it quality films like ‘Chandramukhi’, ‘Tamasha Live’, ‘Sahela Re’ which have become super hit this year or the most watched web series like ‘Anuradha’, ‘Mi Punha Yeein’, ‘Ranbazar’, ‘Athang’. All these were liked by the audience. The audience loved these movies and web series a lot. Just like 2022, the OTT platform is all set to bring many web shows, movies, short films and some special surprises to the audience in 2023 as well.
