Apart from acting he is debuting as director with upcoming Marathi film AAICHYA GAVAT MARATHIT BOL. Recently the trailer and music was launched in presence of cast and crew at Mumbai. Starring Omi Vaidya in the lead role, the comedy film AAICHYA GAVAT MARATHIT BOL, presented by TATG Films LLP, is all set to release on January 19, 2024. After 3 Idiots Omi was seen in Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji, Desi Boyz, Players, Jodi Breakers, Blackmail and Others.
The music of Omi Vaida starer film is presented by Video Palace and music composed by Avinash-Vishwajeet who have also done background music. The lyrics are penned by Vaibhav Joshi and Vishwajeet, songs sung by Swapnil Bandodkar, Vishwajeet Joshi, Manish Rajgire, Rohit Raut and Hrishikesh Joshi.
