Certain films in the Marathi cinema space have a way of drawing attention from the very first announcement—and continuing in that vein, a fresh project is gearing up to captivate audiences. Titled “Galli No. 13,” the film instantly piques curiosity with its intriguing name. The makers recently unveiled the official poster at a special event graced by several prominent personalities, including Sampatrao Sakale, Samadhan Bodke Patil, Yuvraj Appa Kothule, Navnath Nana Kothule, Dilip Chavan, Shivaji Kasbe, Bhairu Patil Mulane, along with producers Ramnath Bodke and Rajshri Badgujar, director Mahendra Rambhau Borkar, Sameer Dixit of Pickle Entertainment, writer Dr. S. D. Patil, and music composer Rohit Nagbhide.

“Galli No. 13” is presented by RB Cinematics in collaboration with Pickle Entertainment. The film is backed by Ramnath Bodke and Rajshri Badgujar, marking Bodke’s debut production venture under the RB Cinematics banner. Known for his active involvement in social and cultural initiatives, Bodke now steps into filmmaking with this project. The film is helmed by Mahendra Rambhau Borkar, who has taken charge of direction, screenplay, and dialogues. With a rich background in writing for Marathi and Hindi television, along with authoring books across multiple languages, Borkar brings considerable experience to the table. His book Beautifying Relations has also earned the prestigious Golden Book Award.
Galli No. 13 first poster sets a compelling tone. It features the lead character standing with his back to the audience, dressed in a sharp jacket, while a striking lightning effect behind him creates the illusion of duality. The backdrop of a cityscape adds an element of suspense, keeping the storyline under wraps and heightening intrigue.

Director Mahendra Rambhau Borkar shares that the film Galli No. 13 delves into varied shades of pure love, making it relatable for both Gen Z viewers and older generations. The story is penned by Dr. S. D. Patil, while Rohit Nagbhide composes the music. Choreography is handled by Pragya Patil, with post-production managed by APH Studio.
