On the auspicious occasion of Dashera, 25th October 2020, Nishant Awasthi, CEO & MD, of Digiflix TV along with actors like Aman Verma, M. M. Faruqui aka Lilliput ,Vishal Roy and director Partho Ghosh inaugurated the new Digiflix TV office in Andheri, Mumbai.
Digiflix TV is a soon to be launched entertainment app which will be divided into 2 sections i.e. Digitok & Digimovies. Digitok will allow users to upload their own videos showcasing their talent whereas Digimovies is an online streaming platform for movies and web series.
“Digital platforms are where all the youth are today, they spend hours shooting a video or watching movies, web series etc. Digiflix is the project I created keeping in mind PM Narendra Modi’s ‘Make in India Movement’ Youth today , if given the opportunity would love to engage with more homemade apps, so this is what we have created. Digiflix will give you all the content you need both for watching as well as for entertainment.,” Said Nishant Awasthi , the CEO & MD of Digiflix.
Celebrity Guest actor Aman Verma came forward to support the Digiflix team, “I am here to wish the entire team of Digiflix great success, and this is a really good opportunity that Nishant has started amidst difficult situations of the lockdown. This will provide a good opportunity for actors, directors in the industry who are extremely talented but do not get the right platform to showcase their work. I am looking forward to working with this great team.”
Veteran Director Partho Ghosh was also present at the inauguration wishing and encouraging the Digiflix team. Also present at the inauguration was Vishal Roy (COO of Creative & Production) Inder Mohan Singh (Chief of Finance & Business Development) and Rahul Dwivedi (COO of Content and marketing).
