Ayushmann Khurrana and Varun Dhawan share an interesting co-incidence which Varun recently brought to notice via his tweet. The two actors have had back to back release dates back in 2015 and now with AndhaDhun and Sui Dhaga releasing soon, the duo is all set to have back to back release dates again.
In 2015, Varun Dhawan’s Badlapur and Ayushmann Khurrana’s Dum Laga Ke Haisha released within a gap of a week, now again, Varun’s Sui Dhaga: Made In India and Ayushmann’s ‘AndhaDhun’ are set to release within a week’s span. Not only that, interestingly, the two actors have swapped their directors this time.
AndhaDhun releases on 5th October and Sui Dhaga on 28th September, the two actors continue their karmic connection. Also while Badlapur was directed by Sriram Raghavan and Dum Laga Ke Haisha by Sharat Katariya, now Varun is all set to work with Sharat Katariya and Ayushmann marks his first collaboration with Sriram Raghavan.
Varun took to his social media and posted a picture with Ayushmann and wrote, ” Ran into @ayushmannk yesterday at yrf interestingly in 24 days #SUIDHAAGA will release followed by #AndhaDhun and in 2015 #Badlapur released followed by #Dumlagakahaisha also we exchanged directors. Was this planned ?”
The makers of upcoming murder mystery AndhaDhun have dropped the gripping and intriguing trailer of the thriller which leaves you excited and confused at the same time.
This will be the first time that Ayushmann will mark his first association with ace director Sriram Raghavan. AndhaDhun revolves around the story of a blind piano artist showcasing facades of his love story. However, life takes a sharp turn as he gets caught in the world of tragedies.
AndhaDhun stars celebrated actress Tabu in a pivotal role. The actress will be seen in a grey character once again after Drishyam. The film also features Radhika Apte who lately had been getting a lot of appreciation for her work.
