VAALVI directed by Paresh Mokashi is the first Thrillercom in Marathi cinema and is appreciated by the audience. It has managed to bring the audience to the theaters even in the fourth week. A party was organized to celebrate this success on the occasion of Paresh Mokashi’s birthday. In the success party VAALVI 2 was announced. Madhugandha Kulkarni, Paresh Mokashi and Mangesh Kulkarni of Zee Studios have announced that they are coming up with VAALVI 2 soon.
Director Paresh Mokashi and writer-producer Madhugandha Kulkarni say, “The audience is loving this film. The film is getting good feedback from them. That is what inspired us for VAALVI 2. As there were many unexpected things in first one, ‘VAALVI 2’ is going to have more suspense and thrills. At present, this is all a secret.”

The film is the story of couple Aniket and Avani. Aniket is fed up with his wife Avani’s tantrums and wants a divorce, but she refuses. Aniket and his girlfriend plot to kill the bothersome woman, but nothing goes as planned. The film is directed by Paresh Mokashi, cinematography by Satyajit Shobha Shriram and music by Mangesh Dhakade. It stars Swwapnil Joshi, Shivani Surve, Subodh Bhave, Anita Date, Asha Dynate and Namrata Sambherao in pivotal roles. The film was released on 13 January 2023.
