The narrative of the film revolves around Bhanupriya’s character who is a conservative girl willing to lose her virginity on her terms. In the process, her best friend and mother act as a catalyst in encouraging her for every possible attempt. But an astrologer’s solution to her agony will twist the plot turning Bhanupriya’s life into a roller-coaster ride. In this fun, straight-forward comedy, the movie will be a perfect weekend watch.
“Every women has the choice to explore their sexuality in their own way. I am amazed at our society’s prude quest to suppress anyone who even talks about being sexually active or let alone say the word ‘sex’. Losing virginity or not, either does not define your morality, self acceptance does. Everyone has different experiences. To each his own and Bhanupriya chooses to wait for the right one without exploiting ‘it’ or her. For me it’s about emotional compatibility and I am unapologetic about it. It’s a straightforward comedy releasing on ZEE5. Virginity is like getting a call from your unknown relative, you don’t want to pick it up but one day you kinda have to. The film also includes Delnaaz Irani, Rajiv Gupta, Brijendra Kala, Niki Aneja Walia and Rumana Molla in supporting roles. The film is directed by Ajay Lohan and produced by Shreyans Mahendra Dhariwal.
