The recently released title poster of the Marathi family film “Tu Maza Kinara” is striking an emotional chord with audiences. Set against the backdrop of a blue sky and a serene sea, the title evokes a sense of finding a shore for lost emotions. The film is directed by Christus Stephen. Although originally a native Malayalam speaker, this is his first Marathi film. Through his sensitive perspective, he has portrayed the relationships rooted in the soil of Maharashtra on the big screen.

Director Christus Stephen shared, “Tu Maza Kinara is a tender, heartfelt story about the bond between a father and his daughter. It is not just about two individuals, but about the unspoken, quiet emotions that exist in every household. The love in parenthood, the understanding, and the silent support given without words are all sensitively depicted in this film.”
The film is produced by Joicy Paul Joy. This is a story of a relationship that, no matter how many times it is told, touches hearts anew each time. Through its cinematography, background score, and visual composition, the gentle essence of this bond is deepened even further.
Floating softly on waves of emotion, this film promises to reach deep into the audience’s hearts — and its first glimpse can already be felt through this poster. “Tu Maza Kinara” will soon be available to watch at a theater near you.
