The popular lead pair of TV serial ‘Mrs. Mukhyamantri’ Tejas Barve and Amruta Dhongade paired up for big screen entry. The pair will be seen in Sanvi Production House’s DIHABHUL. The film is directed by Ashish Kailas Jain.
Recently the ‘script poojan’ was held at Pune. On the occasion present were actor Tejas Barve, producer Aarti Chavan, Nilesh R. Vinod Naik, Adv. Pragyawant Gaikwad, Gopal Kadawat, music composer Prathamesh Dhongade, lyricist Haribhau Dhongade, choreographer Neel Rathod, art director Vaibhav Shirolkar, costume designer Sheetal Maheshwari along with other actors and technicians.
Speaking about the film, director Ashish Kailas Jain said, DIHABHUL is a film of today’s youth. This is a unique story of college students and it is a tale of friendship with romance and suspense thriller. Apart from lead pair Amrita Dhongade and Tejas Barve there will be another pair to star in the film as well as veteran actors of Marathi film industry.
Producer Aarti Chavan said, DIHABHUL is the first film of Sanvi Production House. We are happy to start the new year with a Marathi movie. We are doing a different experiment by bringing together famous Marathi artists including Amrita and Tejas. We believe that the audience will support and like our film.”
‘Mrs. Mukhyamantri’ Tejas Barve also stared in serial Zindagi Not Out, Baap Beep Baap along with 2019 Marathi film Girlfriend. Amruta Dhongade was born in Kolhapur and brought up in Pune. She did her schooling from Pune, later she completed her graduation in B.Sc from Bharati Vidyapith Pune. She has learned classical dance. Then she turned for acting and decided to do career in acting only. She got first break in Mithun movie released on 13 July 2018. After one year she got a chance to play lead female role in “Mrs. Mukhyamantri”. In this serial Amruta Dhongade played the role of Sumi.
