In the upcoming episode of &TV’s Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein, viewers will see that Indresh (Ashish Kadian) and Nidhi’s (Dharti Bhatt) haldi preparations are done and the sangeet is about to commence. While Swati (Tanvi Dogra) is still upset with the divorce, Paulomi (Sara Khan) is rejoicing Swati’s plight and enjoying her win! With so much negativity taking over the house, Parvati (Jiya Chauhan) decides to give Indresh one last chance by disguising herself as a bhikchuk before she completely dismisses him off.
She asks Indresh to serve Mahadev (Dinesh Mehta) food which he declines and immediately orders them to leave the house. Deriving sadistic pleasure, Paulomi decides to add fuel to the fire and enjoy the drama that unfolds. As the story progresses, Indresh calls Swati for the lock code where a neckpiece meant for Nidhi was kept. While the family is celebrating, the electricity goes off, and the necklace disappears. Furious, the family holds Swati responsible and calls the police to conduct an inquiry. Will Santoshi Maa (Gracy Singh) intervene and rescue Swati once again? Or will Swati end up getting arrested for a crime that she hasn’t committed?
Commenting on the track, Gracy Singh who plays the role of Santoshi Maa says, “This ongoing situation reminds me of a popular line which says that ‘if you are going through difficult times, keep trusting God, you will be blessed in unexpected ways’. Swati is facing challenging situations – from signing the divorce papers to thrown out from her husband’s house and now to being held as the culprit for a robbery. But while the challenges and its nature keep changing, the only thing that remained constant is the undying trust and belief she has in her Santoshi Maa.”

Capturing the pure connection between a ‘Bhakt and Bhagwan’ &TV’s show Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein has begun with fresh new episodes. Making a grandeur entry in the show will be the famous TV actor Sara Khan in a negative role. She will be seen essaying the role of one of the main antagonists Paulomi, who will bring a hoard of drama in the lives of Santoshi Maa (Gracy Singh) and her ardent bhakt Swati (Tanvi Dogra).
Enlivened about this new endeavour, Sara Khan shares, “It has always interested me to play unearthly characters. The grace and poise that godly characters bring on screen is something I have always been smitten! Viewers are aware of Paulomi as a character in the show, but what will now be interesting to watch is how I will bring some never-seen-before kind of drama ahead in the new episodes.”
She further adds, “My character Paulomi will play life-threatening tricks to cause Swati and her husband harm and will also conspire to take away all of Santoshi Maa’s powers. It will take a huge toll on Santoshi Maa as without her powers it will almost become impossible for Maa to help Swati come out of the troubles. I am thoroughly excited about my role and am looking forward to this wonderful journey with &TV and the cast of Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein.”
When asked about adjusting to the new normal, Sara shares, “With the term New Normal setting in, I believe it something we all must manage to fit in. We all must adapt ourselves to this new kind of shooting norms. It is all for our safety and that of others around us. The production house is taking the utmost precautions and sanitation measures to ensure everyone’s safety. I also carry my safety and makeup kit to take the necessary precautions.”
Watch Sara Khan in the role of Paulomi bring a plethora of trouble in Santoshi Maa and her Bhakt Swati’s journey ahead!

It is time for the cameras to roll! After a three-month lockdown, &TV resumed shoot for two of its shows, Ek Mahanayak Dr B. R Ambedkar and Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein keeping all safety guidelines and precautions in mind starting June 26th and June 25th respectively. The limited cast and crew members who reached the sets on the first day of the shoot could not contain their happiness and were thrilled to hear the words, ‘Lights, Camera & Action’ after such a long gap. Ready to roll with the camera, Gracy Singh who plays Santoshi Maa reached the sets of its show all excited and prepared. Same goes for Jagannath Nivangune who plays Ramji Maloji Sakpal and Neha Joshi who plays Bhimabai.
Speaking about her first day at the shoot, Gracy Singh, Santoshi Maa from Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein said, “The moment I got a call confirming the shoot date, my excitement knew no bounds. I prepared my bag with the required accessories and makeup items properly sanitised and even kept aside the character outfit that I wore from home to the sets. Only the touch up was done on the sets once or twice. I felt the same way as I did on the first day of my shoot on this show. The moment we reached the sets, our temperature and body oxygen levels, was screened. We welcomed each other in our traditional Indian style, i.e. Namaste, followed by a quick catching up session. There were limited people on sets and were wearing masks, including me. At every point in and around the sets, there was umpteen number of sanitiser bottles and sprays. It was quite a distinct experience, but I am sure with time, we all will get used to it.”
Jagannath Nivangune, Ramji Maloji Sakpal from Ek Mahanayak Dr B. R Ambedkar’ commented, “Upon signing up for the show, I had started reading ‘Changdev Bhavanrao Khairmode’s book ‘Dr Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar’. But, due to busy shooting schedules, I was unable to finish the book. However, now I managed to read all eight parts of the book. It was wonderful to see Neha and Smruti Ji along with other cast members. We greeted each other with a Namaste. I am fully prepared with own personal sanitation kit and carried lot of masks with me for everyone just as goodwill gesture, though we also have those available on the sets. Our temperature was checked, alongside ensuring we sanitise our hands at regular intervals and continue wearing masks when off the camera. Everyone has been strictly adhering to the protocols and following social distancing norms. We have an exciting track coming up focusing on another landmark moment in Babasaheb’s life.”
Neha Joshi, Bhimabai from Ek Mahanayak Dr B. R Ambedkar’ said, I was missing my reading and rehearsing sessions with Jagannath and our Director Imtiaz Ji. I have been draping the saree all by myself for years and since the past couple of months I had been missing wearing one, so it makes me happy to be able to get into my saree look again. With the excitement of meeting everyone, I took out one of my favourite sarees to wear on the sets. I also carried my makeup, food, and safety kit to ensure I am fully prepared and protected, even though we have ample sanitation amenities available on the sets. It was a homecoming of sorts. We have a significant track worked out, and we are quite excited for it to hit the television screens soon.”
