Star Plus along with production house Cockcrow & Shaika Entertainment will bring forth a new fiction show titled ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ for its viewers. The show revolves around a triangular love story and is the remake of the super-hit Bengali show ‘Kusum Dola’. The show stars Neil Bhatt, Aysha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma in the lead roles and will go on air from 5th October on the channel.
Talented Actor Neil Bhatt will be dawning the look of an IPS officer Virat Chauhan who will be seen torn between his love and duty. Virat (played by Neil) is in love with Patralekha (played by Aishwarya Sharma) but due to unforeseen circumstances and in an attempt to fulfill his duty, he has to marry Sai the daughter (played by Aysha Singh) of a martyr.
Talking about the launch of his new show, producer Rajesh Ram Singh says, “The storyline of the show focuses on a love triangle, with a father-daughter relationship forming the larger arc. We have started shooting from 1st September, following all SOPs. The channel hasn’t explored much of Maharashtra background and the show includes a Naxal angle too.”
The show also features popular actors like Kishori Shahane, Sanjay Narvekar, Milind Pathak and Shailesh Datar in pivotal roles.
