Shimga, the festival of Kokan is celebrated in Kokan, Mumbai, Pune, almost every region of Maharashtra. Shimga means Holi. One of the important traditions of Shimga celebration is ‘Palakhi’.
Shri Kelmai Bhavani Production’s upcoming film SHIMGA teaser was released recently. The teaser shows Rajesh Shrungarpure and Bhushan Pradhan. Releasing on 15 March 2019, the film is written and directed by Nilesh Krushnajirao Palande. The film also stars Kamlesh Sawant.
The music is composed by Pankaj Padghan, lyrics by Guru Thakur and Valay, cinematography by Aniket Khandagale.
