Actor turned director Sandeep Anand, who has directed a short film earlier, has made another short film Nisaan, based on a true incident. The film was shot in Madhya Pradesh and the post production was completed by the students of Thakur College of Commerce.
Nisaan is co-produced by New Life Entertainment India Pvt. and Navneet Sewlani along with me. New life entertainment India Pvt. ltd earlier last year line produced “rsvp” film “Natkhat” with Vidya Balan film was official entry from India for the Oscar.
Sandeep Anand said, “The film was praised by renowned filmmaker and actor Mr. Satish Kaushik and is still running in international festivals successfully. The film was released on 11th November 2021 on my own YouTube channel. The film was shot at a real location in Madhya Pradesh. All the local actors worked in the film. We shot 25 hours continuously to make this 10 minutes content.”
Sandeep’s first film won 4 international awards and his film Nisaan poster idea was initiated by renowned comic book creator MR. Anupam Sinha who is the creator of “super commando Dhruv” & “Nagraj”. Divy Nidhi Sharma, writer of Anupamaa, has written the lyrics of the film.

Coming from a theater background, Sandeep Anand started acting at the age of seven. “There’s nothing in the world that I’d rather do, other than act, and be in front of the camera,” says Sandeep who was last seen essaying a full-fledged character in ‘May I Come in Madam’. All these years, he worked on several internationally recognized and awarded short film projects. The actor was last seen in a finite appearance in ‘Gudiya Hamari Sabhi Pe Bhari’. Sandeep’s characters — Piddi in Sun Yaar Chill Maar, Billu in FIR, Sajan Agarwal in May I Come In Madam?’ and Puttan in Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai! — remain memorable.
