While Jassie Gill’s highly-anticipated debut film, Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi releases this week, the popular Punjabi singer-turned-actor has already signed his next Hindi film, to be helmed by critically acclaimed director, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari (Nil Battey Sannata & Bareilly Ki Barfi fame).
Titled Panga, the family entertainer produced by Fox Star Hindi, will see Jassie sharing the screen space with Kangana Ranaut for the first time and is scheduled to release in 2019. The movie also features veteran actress Neena Gupta in a pivotal role.
Jassie says, “It’s a huge honour to be part of such a big project featuring talented actors. It’s quite an exciting script and I’m really looking forward to it.”
