Social media has become strong medium and an effective way for anyone to express their feelings. However, the film ‘Email Female’ presented by S. M. Balaji Productions and Amol Kagne Films, shows how the medium of expression threatens the personal and public life of a person, will be released on December 17. The film is produced by Shailesh Kote and Manish Patel, written and directed by Yogesh Jadhav.
Technology has created many useful things for us, but we do not realize that how much is worth using. The film ‘Email Female’ sheds light on the mis-use of social media. There are a lot of people who mislead through social media. Even literate people are also responsible with them. The film tries to reveal this truth.
The film stars the bold and beautiful debutant actress Prajakta Shinde who will be seen setting the screen ablaze. Before the film, the actress starred in TV serials. In the film, Prajakta portrays the role of modern girl ‘Monica’. The film story revolves around a middle-class family person Shantanu (Nikhil Ratnaparkhi) who falls prey to a scam which turns his life upside down.
Known for the successful Marathi films ‘Land 1857’ (2018) and ‘Damlelya Babachi Kahani’ (2016), the filmmaker Yogesh Jadhav came up with comedy film ‘Email Female’. Even the maker also released a trailer and quirky poster from the film which created a buzz on social media.
‘Email Female’ also stars Vikram Gokhale, Vijay Patkar, Dipti Bhagwat, Kanchan Pagare, Sunil Godbole, Kamlesh Sawant, Pratiksha Jadhav, Shweta Pardeshi and child actor Maithili Patwardhan. The screenplay of the film is written by Bhakti Jadhav. The dialogues are written by Bhakti and Yogesh Jadhav, Cinematography by Mayuresh Joshi and art direction by Nitin Borkar.
Sonu Nigam, Javed Ali, Anandi Joshi, Mamta Sharma have sung the songs in the film. Late Shravan Rathod and Abhijeet Narvekar have composed the music while Prakash Nar is has given background music. The costumes are by Suhas Gawate and Devyani Kale. The executive producer is Swapnil Vengurlekar. The production consultant is Avinash Parbale.
