Bengali producer and director are making Marathi film and whats more, the shoot is going on in City of Joy ‘Kolkata’. Fatfish Entertainment presentation, producer Pritam Coudhary, co-producer Vicky Sharma’s film AVWANCHHIT will give glimps of West Bengal culture. The film is directed by Shobho Basu Naag.
The film is story of father and son whose relation which have become bitter. Father Madhusudan Gavhane is busy in old age home job for whole life. He did not gave time for family. Due to his carelessness mother died. Son Tapan grows up with this feeling.
Producer Pritam Choudhary is working in Bengali film inducstry since last 22 years. He has made films like Nirbak, Rajkahini, Abhishopto Nayti, Mishwar Rahosya, Love Aaj Kal, The Japanese Wife, Autograph, Hemlok Society, Bhizena Shey Bhozena, The Waiting City, Josh, Zulfikar and many more.
With two decades of experience Director Shobho Basu Naag is debuting in Marathi film inductry. He started career as editor for Deewangi, Khwahish and Devdas. Apart from ads and films he has worked with Zee Network’s core creative team for Secrete Superstars, Rustam, Karib Karib Single, Manikarnika. He has contributed for Star Aanand, Times Now, Zee Cafe, Zee Studio, Zee Bangla, Zee Bangla Cinema and Zee Anmol.
AVWANCHHIT stars Abhay Mahajan and Mrunmayi Godbole in lead along with Kishor Kadam, Mrunal Kulkarni, Dr. Mohan Agashe, Suhas Joshi, Yogesh Soman and Bengali actor Barun Chanda. Creative producer Atul Jagdale has done cinematography who has produced and directed film ‘Ganvesh’ earlier.
The screenplay and dialogues are penned by Yogesh Joshi, lyrics by Omkar Kulkarni, music and background score by Bengali music director Anupam Roy, production design by Anu Basu, art direction by Amit Dey, make-up by Jayanti Sen, costumes by Prosenjit. Debolin Sen is executive producer.
