Arun Vijay has been making waves in this industry with back-to-back hits. His recent movie Yaanai received a lot of love from the audience. Fans applauded the actor for his marvelous performance. Fans also requested to do a Pan-India release of the film.
Talking about the same, Arun mentioned, “I am pleased to receive so much love for my performance in Yaanai. All the credits goes to Hari. We couldn’t have asked for more.”
He further adds, “If we were to make Yaanai in Hindi, I would love Rohit Shetty to direct the film because no one can match his vision when it comes to action-packed sequences. It would be even more exciting to have Shraddha Kapoor opposite me. I have worked with her before, she is an amazing actress. I love her craft, so it would be great to work with her once again.”
The actor, who is known for his character Vishwank Roy in Saaho expressed how we would love to do more projects in Bollywood. He added, “I had a great time shooting for Saaho, Bollywood fans loved my character. I cannot wait to do another project here. I would love to work with Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Leela Bansali and Rohit Shetty in Bollywood. I have seen all of their films. They have an eye for amazing content and together we can surely bring something entertaining and huge for the Indian audiences.”

Born as Arun Kumar and being the only son of veteran actor Vijayakumar, he debuted in Sundar C‘s Murai Mappillai (1995).] He received early success in Thulli Thirintha Kaalam and Pandavar Bhoomi. After a string of failures, he changed his name to Arun Vijay and achieved further commercial success playing lead roles in Malai Malai, Maanja Velu, Thadaiyara Thaakka, Kuttram 23, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, Thadam and Yaanai.
