On the occasion of the 82nd birthday of Mr. Amitabh Bachchan on 11 October, upcoming Hindi film APNA AMITABH trailer and poster was launched. On the occasion cake cutting was done to celebrate the birthday of Amitabh Bachchan. The film is produced by Vikas Sharma and Raghvendra K. under the banner of Classic Entertainment. APNA AMITABH is written and directed by Ajay Anand. The story of the film revolves around Vijay who is a huge fan of Amitabh Bachchan. He is snorted and hated by society because of his cast but his struggle gradually exposes the issues of racism and corruption prevalent in the country. The film is shoot at Katni in Madhya Pradesh.
The film stars Vijay Rawal, Jay Thakkar, Hemant Mahaur , Mukesh Bhatt, Bachen Pachera, Amit Ghosh, Hanuman Gudesha, Sharat Sonu, Jitendra Singh Sabu , Shilpi Kukareti , Anjali Mishra, Vinay Ambast, Poshak Bahera , Jyot Singh Chahal, Jyotikumari, Suruchi Varma , Preet Oberoi and Late Anupam Shyam.

On the occasion writer and director Ajay Anand said, “I am huge fan of Shri Amitabh Bachchan since childhood. It is my dream to direct a film with the power house actor. I wrote the story of APNA AMITABH keeping Bachchan sir’s fan as a protagonist. In the film I have raised the issues of racism and corruption.” Producer Vikas Sharma said, “I am debuting in Bollywood as a producer with APNA AMITABH and I am happy my first film is inspiring story with strong social message.”
