Actor Anita Hassanandani currently seen in Ye Hai Mohabaatein has been making big strides in her career and has vowed to help as many women as she can to achieve their dreams as well. The actor, who recently judged beauty pageant Sheque Mrs. India in Jaipur, says that there is no way that marriage hinders a woman from achieving her dreams. “Progress just doesn’t come from uplifting yourself but also from holding out a hand and making sure other women around you achieve their dreams, especially if they are in your family. We have progressed in the same sense where a woman getting married doesn’t stop her from continuing the kind of life that she wants,” says the actor. Director Karan Singh Prince, Babita Verma, Priyanka Pol and Anjali Rajpur were also present.
In fact, she adds that a woman must have the support of her family for achieving her dream. “It shouldn’t stop her family members, most importantly, to share the same passion that she has and encourage her to take the steps towards a bright career,” she says.
