There is a very intimate relationship between the mind, the country and the soil, everyone would have certainly experienced this. Everyone has a great regard and loyalty as well as gratitude towards one’s own country and the place where one is born. In certain rare intimate moments, the exquisite words spring out of people’s minds. Especially when one visits a foreign country, one certainly remembers with gratitude one’s own country and the soil in which one is born. You can experience this when you set out to listen to a song in the film Foreign Returned & Well Settled. The song was recorded recently in the voice of Amruta Fadanvis, for the film which had its mahurat very recently.
For the past few days, Parag Bhavsar has been busy making the Marathi film under the banner of Parag Bhavsar Touch. Very recently, at the Pancham Studios in Andheri, the recording of the song Jya Maativar Janma Aapla, Toch Aapla Desh… was held. Amruta Fadanvis who has been bestowed with a honey-like voice rendered the song. The song has been penned by lyricist Shrikrishna Raut and music director Dinesh Arjuna has composed it. Says Amrutaji, “The song penned by the lyricist catches your heart-strings instantly and the song Jya Maativar Janma Aapla Toch Apala Desh… is enough to trigger patriotic thoughts in your mind and heart. Further the words Nakos Visaru Pardesi Tu Kadhi Apala Desh… will at once remind those who stay away from our country and our roots. There is no doubt at all that this inspiring song composed by Dineshji will prevail for a long time in the hearts of each and every listener as it reflects the thoughts in every mind and triggers patriotic thoughts too. I feel this is the most appropriate song for the title song of the film Foreign Returned & Well Settled. The title song was recorded for the film before this song was recorded”.
Parag Bhavsar will also write and direct the film. Though it is quite difficult to gauge what the plot will be from the title of the film, the audiences will be able to watch a sweet love story in the film. Says Bhavsar about the song, “Since this one is the most important song of the film, it will prove to be the turning point of the film. For this song which will make you feel the goose bumps, we needed a voice which is sweet and melodious to the core and the only name that we could think of, who could do justice to the song was Amruta Fadanvis. Since she had worked a lot on the song, the song will reach each and every listener’s hearts with the way it has been rendered by Amruta Fadanvis. I am sure and there is absolutely no doubt at all that the day the song is released, it will be lauded by the audiences”.
Sanjay Navagire has written the screenplay as well as the dialogues for the film Foreign Returned & Well Settled. The well-known cameraman Mahesh Aaney is cranking the camera, while Rahul Bhatankar is the editor of the film. Sadashiv Chavan will handle the work of production. Right now, the work on the casting of the film and the finalisation of the rest of the crew is in full swing.
