Actor Abhishek Varma celebrated his birthday at MRP, Andheri. He was on cloud nine when got a pleasant surprise. The Delhi dude who is now shifted to Mumbai stays alone in the B-town. When he reached the party venue his parents were already present there. His dad Naresh Varma and mom Meena Varma flew down to Mumbai to celebrate son Abhishek’s birthday.
Abhishek shared the joy with Glamgold, “My mom and dad came to Mumbai especially on my birthday was a pleasant surprise for me. Since I am staying in Mumbai alone, I was missing my parents a lot. I was very happy to see them on my birthday, that too at my party venue.”
So how it was planned? “Hahahaha…It was all pre planned. My parents and my cousin casting director Harry Varma planned this surprise very perfectly many days before. Harrybhai did not tell me about this. They wanted to see my expressions when I meet mom and dad,” said Abhishek.
The birthday party was attended by Casting Director Harry Varma, actors Adi Irani, Shiva Rindam, Sahila Chaddha, Dinesh Mehta, veteran photographer Ramakant Munde and many more.
The Delhi guy Abhishek has worked in plays like ‘Tamashe Mein Dooba Hua Desh, ‘Antim Pyaar’, ‘Partition’ and more.
“I feel so blessed to have such parents in my life who flew all the way from Delhi to surprise me on my birthday by throwing a wonderful party with my cousin Harry Varma. Thanks to all the celebrities, journalists and everyone who joined us on my birthday evening for making the event all the more special. It was definitely a big day for me and will be cherished forever,” said Abhishek.
