The recently released title poster of the Marathi family film “Tu Maza Kinara” is striking an emotional chord with audiences. Although originally a native Malayalam speaker, this is his first Marathi film. Through his sensitive perspective, he has portrayed the relationships rooted in the soil of Maharashtra on the big screen.
Director Christus Stephen shared, “Tu Maza Kinara is a tender, heartfelt story about the bond between a father and his daughter. It is not just about two individuals, but about the unspoken, quiet emotions that exist in every household. The love in parenthood, the understanding, and the silent support given without words are all sensitively depicted in this film.”

Christus Stephen is a multi-talented personality. Hailing from Alleppey in Kerala he is also into music as violinist, pianist, guitarist, drummer, French horn player, music programmer, music arranger and what not. He has written and directed a Hindi short film ‘Sorry’, a tale of four friends conveying a sense of humility. The film was released on his you-tube channel July last year.
Christus Stephen was a faculty at Whistiling Woods International and academic head at Global Music Conservatory.
