Official Statement from Content Engineers on Film ‘Operation Sindoor’
In light of recent announcements surrounding the film Operation Sindoor, Content Engineers would like to issue an official clarification to address ongoing confusion.
Contrary to several media reports, Content Engineers is not associated in any form—creative, financial, or otherwise—with the film Operation Sindoor, which has been announced by Nicky Vicky Bhagnani Films in collaboration with a separate entity called The Content Engineer. We would like to emphasize that these are entirely different entities, and any perceived association is incorrect.

Mr. Utpaal Acharya, CEO, stated, “We have no involvement—direct or indirect—with the project titled Operation Sindoor. Any reports suggesting our connection are factually inaccurate. We request both the media and public to avoid linking our name to this production.”
While distancing itself from this project, the company continues to uphold its deep respect and admiration for the Indian Armed Forces and the sacrifices they make for the nation.
The company remains focused on its growing and diverse content slate. Following the critical acclaim for Phule, starring Pratik Gandhi and Patralekhaa, Content Engineers is currently working on a range of upcoming projects, including films like Elham, Matinee, Tibba, Mugai (Tamil), and web series such as Kahani Kalki Ki and Bhai Bro Comrade (BBC).
On the global front, the company’s first Hollywood venture, Eleanor The Great, will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival on May 20th. The film also marks Scarlett Johansson’s directorial debut.
The brand is owned by Content Engineers MediaTech, led in India by CEO Utpaal Acharya. It operates as a subsidiary of Content Engineers Inc., headquartered in San Francisco, California, and is part of the Veear Group of Companies, founded by renowned entrepreneur and scientist Dr. Raj Khaware, an expert in IT, AI, climate change, and sustainability.
