Hitanshu Jinsi, known for his impactful roles, is now captivating audiences as Dhruv Shukla in Ram Bhavan, Rahul Kumar Tewary and Rolling Tales Production’s latest show on Colors TV. Starring opposite Khushbu Rajendra’s Isha, Hitanshu portrays a wealthy businessman who is not only charming and responsible but also deeply devoted to his mother.
“Dhruv is the kind of man every girl would want to marry—charming, responsible, and deeply devoted to his mother, which is something I personally relate to,” says Hitanshu Jinsi. His character’s journey revolves around his love for Isha and his determination to marry her, but as expected in a drama, the road to love won’t be smooth.
The show is an adaptation of a hit South Indian series, and Hitanshu hopes it strikes the same emotional chord with the Hindi audience. “When I got the role, I started preparing immediately, focusing on Dhruv’s mannerisms, tone, mindset, and overall personality,” he shares. Having played a similar character in Sandiip Sikcand’s show, Hitanshu Jinsi finds Dhruv even more compelling due to his layered personality. His introduction in the show is strong, but the fate of his character ultimately rests on audience reception and ratings. “If the character connects with the audience, the makers might extend his arc. My focus is on delivering my best performance, and the rest is up to the audience and the creators.”
Reflecting on his collaboration with producer Rahul Kumar Tewary, Hitanshu Jinsi expresses admiration for his professionalism and sharp storytelling. “I’ve worked with Rahul Tewary before, and even after all these years, he remains the same—professional, sharp, and witty.”
With Ram Bhavan already generating buzz, Hitanshu Jinsi is eager to bring Dhruv Shukla to life. “As an actor, my approach has always been to put in immense effort to make a scene look effortless—that’s the everyday challenge, and that’s how we grow.” The actor has just begun shooting, and fans can expect a riveting performance as the drama unfolds on Colors TV.
