The word “Gypsy” is known to Marathi people because of the poetry of the poet Mangesh Padgaonkar. But now a movie of the same name is coming. Shashi Chandrakant Khandare is making his directorial debut in the film GYPSY. What is special is the journey of Shashi from Clap boy to the director.
The teaser poster for the movie GYPSY was recently released on social media. Yash Manohar Sanas is producing the film GYPSY in collaboration with Bolpat Creations through his production company Yash Sanas Films.
Shashi Chandrakant Khandare is doing his first film as a director after fulfilling various responsibilities like Clap Boy, Assistant Director for more than 25 films till now. He has also written the story. The film will start shooting next month in three states i.e. Karnataka, Maharashtra and Goa.
It is clear from the name “Gypsy” that the film will be based on travel. But since the open sky is visible in the teaser poster, the name has created curiosity as to what the story of the film will be. The names of the actors in the film are still in the bouquet.
