Singer Priyanka Negi seeks inspiration from folk singers for song ‘Titri’ from ‘Phamous’

Being the title holder of the ‘Best Live Performer’ at the Spotlight awards, Singer Priyanka Negi has been charming the audience with her voice, personality & talent. She has always believed in creating her own style by being inspired by many singers in the industry. Priyanka Negi’s desi fun & frolic number ‘Titri’ from the movie ‘Phamous’ has already been released by T-series and has been receiving an amazing response from the audience. She was told that the requirement of this song was to have a ‘folk’ style, for which she looked up for talented singers like Rekha Bharadwaj, Sapna Awasthi, Ila Arun and many more, to feel the essence they’ve had which helped her preparing for ‘Titri’.

Abraam Pandey to play Judge to Hansa in upcoming episode of ‘Khichadi Returns’

Actor Abraam Pandey’s fans are in for a treat. The actor who is seen in the comedy show ‘Khichadi Returns’ is getting good reviews. The actor will be essaying the role of a judge and will be evaluating Hansa’s culinary skills in an upcoming episode.

“I was so excited to be part of the show. ‘Khichadi Returns’ is amazing and I often watch it. I feel great to now be part of it. My character is also meaty and integral to the story,” he says.

Comedy is a tough genre, says Abraam. “I feel comedy is the toughest genre as you need to make people laugh. You have to accurate with your body language as well as comic timing, otherwise, the scene can go horribly wrong. I am so happy that I got to learn so much from the cast of Khichadi Returns as well,” he says. He further adds, “I am looking for more acting assignments. Acting like oxygen to me.”

KAAY ZAAL KALENA to release on 20 July 2018

Shri Dhanlaxmi Productions presentation, producer Pankaj Gupta’s romantic film KAAY ZAAL KALENA will release on 20 July 2018. Recently teaser of the film was released on social media. The film is directed by Suchita Shabbir.

KAAY ZAAL KALENA introduces Girija Prabhu and Swapnil Kale. The film also stars Arun Nalawade, Sanjay Khapare, Vandna Waknis, Kalpana Jagtap, Shraddha Surve, Hemali Karekar, Suyash Jhunjhurke, Ravi Phaltankar and Shrikant Kambale.

The story is written by Suchita Shabbir, screenplay by Kiran Kulkarni and Pallavi Karkera, dialogues by Rahul More, lyrics by Madhuri Ashirghade and Valay Mulgund, music by Pankaj Padghan, choreography by Sujitkumar, cinematography by Suresh Deshmane, editing by Rajesh Rao. The songs are sung by Aadarsh Shinde, Urmila Dhangar, Sayli Pankaj, Rohit Raut, Roopali Moghe and Saurabh Salunke.

PERFUME to release in September

Produced by Dr. Hemant Dixit and Omkar Dixit of HR Films PERFUME will release in September. The film is presented by Amol Kagne and Laxman Kagne of Amol Kagne Studios who had produced ‘Halaal’ and whose next presentation ‘Leth Joshi’ is ready to release.

The film have new pair of Omkar Dixit and Monalisa Bagal. It also stars Chinmay Mandlekar, Abhijit Chavhan, Sayaji Shinde, Anil Nagarkar, Kamlesh Sawant and Bhagyashri Nhalave.

PERFUME is directed by Karan Tandle who is also cinematographer.

Amole Gupte‘s assistant Jitendra Rai’s short film won 20 awards worldwide

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker, Social Worker And theater personality, Jitendra Rai of Matheno Films, ‘Cup of Tea’ has received the official selection and nomination in numerous international film festivals and has already won 20 awards.

This includes the best educational short film award at the “Rishikesh International Film festival” India and “Best Jury Prize” at the “Italy Film Festival”. The film has garnered around 80 million views within 6 months on various social media platforms.

On seeing the positive response his film has received, Jitendra Rai said, “The idea for this film came partially from my own personal experience. I come from a small village in Bihar where education was not easily available. So we had to walk to school for several kilometers and back every day, which made it very difficult. Even now, the quality of education there hasn’t improved very much.”

Jitendra Rai has worked with Amole Gupte as assistant director on ‘Stanley Ka Dabba’ & ‘Hawaa Hawaai’ and with Vishal Bhardwaj on ‘Matru Ki Bijalee Ka Mandola’.
