The title song of the film PREM MHANJE PREM MHANJE PREM ASATE is written by Shrirang Godbole and is sung by none other than the leading pairs of Sachin Khedekar, Mrinal Kulkarni, Pallavi Joshi and Sunil Barve. The Music is composed by Singer-Composer Miling Ingle and his son Surel Ingle. The other two songs in the film “Mana Bawarte, Mag Sawarte, Maj thauk na he ka Ghadate…” and “Ya Rastyavar Chalat Astanna Watat Rahi…” have been penned by Saumitra and sung by Milind Ingle, Bela Shende and Ravindra Sathe.

Apart from Sachin Khedekar, Mrinal Kulkarni, Pallavi Joshi and sunil Barve the film also boasts the cast like Dr. Mohan Agashe, Suhas Joshi, Smita Talwalkar, Neha Joshi, Siddharth Chandekar, Rasika Vaze amongst others… making it a very romantic cinematic experience.
The film has been produced by Sachin Parekar and co-produced by Kaushal Pravin Thakkar. The Story is by Mrinal Kulkarni and Dialogues have been written by Manish Korde. The burden of cinematography has been shouldered by Amlendu Chaudhari and Ankur Kakatkar is Technical Director of the film. “Story and Music form the crux of the film and these two aspects should be strong,” said Mrinal Kulkarni who insisted on having Milind Ingle as Music Director for the film.
