Mahurat of Akshara Films’ next Marathi film UCHALYA held

Laxman Gaikwad written novel UCHALYA has created waves in literature world. Published in 1987 the novel’s many editions were repeated and also translated in other languages. The novel threw light on the life of people ignored and hated by society. Akshara Films division is now set to bring UCHALYA on reels.

Produced by Amar Kakkad and Pushpa Kakkad, the film’s mahurat scene was shoot on National award winner child artist Vivek Chabukswar. Sachin Khedekar gave the clap. The film is directed by Samit Kakkad, photography by Sanjay Jadhav. Writer Laxman Gaikwad will guide in making of the film.

The film says the story of wandering people. Because there is no option left to earn bread butter, these people turns towards stealing and counted culprit. On other side people involved in corruption, not paying tax are get all the facilities, respect and luxury. UCHALYA says the heart touching truth of wandering people.

Earlier produced HUPPA HUYYA Akshra Films’ next AAINA KA BAYNA is ready to release. UCHALYA will go on floor after the casting is complete.
