Marathi Music is going through a lot of good changes these days. With these changes several different singers are coming up with their independent music single and likewise one of the most popular Artist, Singer Yogieeta Godboley known for her hits like ‘Holicha San Lai Bhari’ from film Lai Bhari, ‘Prabhat geet’ from ‘Aga Bai Arecha’ or her Bollywood hit ‘Na Jis Din Teri Meri’ from film Traffic Signal and many more. Her work alongside Ajay-Atul is remarkable. A lady with such variety of songs that she has presented had launched her own single HEE ATHAVAN last week.
An interesting connect this song has is, that it’s been launched at the hands of a person who focuses on real life in his reels, an ace Director Madhur Bhandarkar. He is always given preference to art in all forms, so when it came down to his movie Traffic Signal he chose Yogieeta to sing for one of his favorite song “Na Jis Din Teri Meri”. Madhur Bhandarkar has been fond of Yogieeta Godboley’s voice so when she requested him to launch her very own single he was delighted to be there.
“I would like to congratulate Yogieeta & her team for this two amazing contrast song that i have heard today. Hee Athavan has been done very beautifully, there is no doubt she is an amazing singer but this song has given me a sweet surprise as I see her acting with such grace. This is a good start, a good beginning and I am sure it is not the end,” said Madhur.
The song is being produced by Rahul Pathak. “Hee Athavan” is a song that plays in a very soft romantic way but also shows the emotional side of the Lover & a story of their meet. The song has been beautifully shot at Pune & the mesmerizing music is by Hrishikesh, Saurabh & Jasraj with words penned by Vaibhav Joshi.
