COLORS will soon introduce a new series titled Courtroom, and spruce up their weekend line up with this crime-legal drama. While everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, only the judicial system has the right to deliver justice. With the thought of ‘Sacchai Haazir Ho’, Courtroom intends to reiterate the role of the court of law. The show will showcase various real life cases from across the country, where landmark verdicts were delivered. Produced by Optimystix Entertainment India Pvt. Ltd, Courtroom, will premier in February 2019, only on COLORS.
Popular actor Vikas Kumar has been roped in to take the viewers on a journey of gruesome and mind-boggling real life crimes and the strict decisions that our judicial system delivered. As the narrator of ‘Courtroom’, Vikas Kumar will help set the context of each case for the viewers’ to witness.
Talking about his association with the show, Vikas Kumar said, “Our show will have the spotlight on cases related to road rage, sexual harassment, revenge porn, conspiracy etc. The basic aim behind the show is to educate and spread awareness of how the court of law functions and the proceedings that take place before landmark judgments are passed. The show will have reconstruction of real life events. Being associated with such a show instills a sense of responsibility and excitement in me.”
