First poster of much Awaited Marathi film “Aamhi Doghi” released in early morning Today, Talented Marathi actresses Mukta Barve and Priya Bapat will for the first time act together in main role a Marathi film Aamhi Doghi. The directional debut of multi talented actor and costume designer Pratima Joshi is all set to release on 16th February 2018 across the state. Produced and presented by Everest Entertainment, the film has aroused curiosity among the film goers.
Both Mukta and Priya are much talented and versatile actresses from Marathi film, TV industry and the theater. Both have proved themselves with the variety of roles they did in the films and plays on Marathi theaters. The duo will be seen in different roles in the forthcoming Aamhi Doghi too. This will be a feast to the audience yet again.
Marathi film lovers are eagerly waiting for the release of the film, said Sanjay Chhabria of Everest Entertainment.
“Aamhi Doghi revolves around the story which is close to the heart of today’s young women in all types of relations including mother-daughter or friends or father-daughter. One should not be restricted to his or her own point of view and also give equal importance to other’s views too. The story in the film revolves around this ideology and hence is emotively related to every young girl. It will help the young audience to think around sensitively,” said Pratima Joshi, who is making her debut in direction.
Mukta Barve is a talented and young actress from Marathi film industry. She has acted in several TV serials and plays that have won her accolades and awards. She was shot to the fame from her role in critically acclaimed Marathi film Jogwa.
Priya Bapat, too, has acted in Marathi as well as hit Hindi films. Her roles in hit Marathi films have won her awards. Her lead role in Kaksparsh was widely appreciated by film critic and film goers as well.
Director Pratima Joshi has assisted noted director Chandrakant Kulkarni in as many as ten hit Marathi films including national award winner Ajacha Divas Majha. Bhagyashri Jadhav has penned the screenplay and dialogue of Aamhi Doghi.
Sanjay Chhabria of Everest Entertainment made a formal announcement of Aamhi Doghi. The Company, which has shouldered the responsibility of production and presentation of the film, has many hit Marathi films to its credit. It includes Mee Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy, Tukaram, Aajacha Divas Majha, Happy Journey, Time Please, Mumbai Pune Mumbai 2, Baapjanma among others.
Known as an actor, costume designer and associate director, Pratima Joshi is making her debut as a director in this film. The film will release all across the state on February 16, 2018.
